Hi there! I'm Mickie, the founder and owner of One Strong Southern Girl LLC and the 10 Minute Workout System.

I'm a 20-year licensed and board certified Physician Assistant, former personal trainer, lifelong tomboy as well as a wife, mom and sister. For more than 15 years I’ve used home exercise to train and complete 2 Tough Mudders and a Spartan Sprint as well as other obstacle races and running events.
