Every Sunday at 7:00 pm CST we'll meet via Zoom for hot seats, accountability check-ins and goal setting for the week.


  • Each 4-week session will have 4-10 members. Everyone will get the opportunity to share and get feedback on the 'hotseat' at least twice during the 4 week session
  • Meetings will be via Zoom on Sundays at 7:00 pm CST and last 1-2 hours depending on the size of the group

A part of my philosophy is that we make time for the things that are important to us. Do NOT enroll in the group if you're not willing to commit to participating and giving it your best effort. I always think of Cathe Friedrich here when she asks at the end of some of her hardest routines, 'are you proud of the workout you just did?'. I expect you to be proud of yourself for stepping out of your comfort zone and giving this your all.

That means showing up for the Zoom calls and engaging with the group, listening to the trainings and taking notes when appropriate, and actually doing any of the homework that requires you to look inside yourself in a way that you might not have before.
